This could be the opportunity that defines your future. The Amaron Karting Challenge is here again. In your own city. Only the first 250 entries will make it to the Challenge, so get done with this form already, and gear up to discover the racer in you. The moment is now. Will you seize it or let it pass you by?

How it works

• Qualification runs of 3 laps for each entrant will be given on the Saturday of the event.
• The fastest 64 out of the total entries received will qualify for the heats.
• The fastest 64 will be batched into 8 batches with 8 karters in each batch.
• The starting grid for the 8 preliminary heats will be based on the qualifying lap times.
• The top 4 of each heat will move into the next round of heats, comprising of 4 batches of 8 karters per batch.
• There will be 4 heats run in the next round of heats. The top 4 of each of these heats will move into the semi-finals comprising of 2 batches of 8 karters per batch.
• The top 4 of each of these two batches will qualify for the regional finals.
• The starting grid for the final will be based on the finishing order and the lap timing of the semi - finals.
• The Top three winners from each regional round would be provided travel and accommodation by Amaron to participate in Grand Finale

Winners (1st, 2nd & 3rd) of the 2007 AKC Grand Final, 2006 & 2007 JK Tyre National Karting Championship, MRF-MAI National Karting Championship and the JK Tyre Rotax Max Karting Challenge will not be allowed to participate in the AKC-2008.
