As an ambition to enable the proliferation of E-Mobility in India, Amara Raja launched an EV charging station. It will enable customers to swap and charge their Lithium-ion battery packs and provide a complete EV solution. This demonstrates Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited capabilities and commitment towards the E-Mobility segment.

To promote the importance of self-employment among women, Amara Raja associated with Rashtriya Seva Samithi (RASS), a Tirupati based NGO for the launch of its new adventure and sensitize about E-autos.

The event was launched in the presence of Mr. Girisha P.S, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Tirupati, Mr. Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, MLA, Tirupati, Mr. H Harinatha Rao- CMD of APSPDCL and other senior officials of Amara Raja.

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited received prestigious recognition from IRIM in the Indian Green Manufacturing Challenge (IGMC) Awards of 2018 in a ceremony held in Chennai. The Karakambadi location facility was assessed under fifteen unique parameters in the Green Manufacturing Framework by IRIM. 

AREML has always reinforced its belief in green manufacturing and has been continuously combining best practices and innovative methods since its inception. It demonstrates Amara Raja's commitment to incorporate sustainable practices in all the functional areas of its manufacturing. 

The award was received by Mr. S Vijayanand-CEO-AREML, Mr. G Vijay Naidu- President - Group CI, QHSE along with Group HSE team members. The team under the guidance of Mr. Gopinatha Rao, Dr. Murthy, Mr. M. Sreenivasa Rao, Mr. M. Prasad, and Ms. Swetha were involved with the site assessment team to showcase the excellent work done.

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited received 'Best in Quality Management Award' from Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India Limited on the 20th Supplier Convention held in Gurgaon.

This award is in recognition of our excellence in the field of QCDM parameters (Excellence in Quality/ Delivery, and Relationship Building). AREML is one of the chosen few to receive this prestigious award. The award was received by Mr Rajeev Mehra, Head-OEM Business and Ms Diksha Singh, Key Accounts Manager-North, from Mr V. Sridhar ( Group Director), Mr Prashant R.Supare ( Sr.GM), Mr Vikas Kapoor (Sr Manager) HMSIL.

AREML received the highest level of recognition in HR held at the 9th CII National HR Excellence Award Confluence held in Mumbai. The "Prize" award level signifies the demonstration of Excellence in the development and management of Human Resources through continuous improvement. 

During three days of continuous extensive assessment, the Best HR Model that is scalable, assessable, accurate, and imbibes the industry best practices are awarded "The Prize." AREML is one of the chosen few to receive this prestigious award.

Strengthening its presence as the leading battery manufacturer, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited (AREML) today commissioned its Two-Wheeler Battery Plant at the Amara Raja Growth Corridor in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.
